I'm always worried about getting a brazilian wax from someone other than my lady i see in Vancouver, Canada. Lots of people don't know what they're doing! Ning on the other hand, was exceptional!! I can't believe I'm saying this but there was no pain. She is very efficient and knowledgable at what she does. She introduced me to a new type of waxing which I prefer much more than strip waxing (which hurts). I wish I had her to do my wax all the time in Canada! Fantastic service!

Got a perm here yesterday which was quite scary for me having never done it before and not being sure how it would turn out but Ning and Eric were amazing! One of the best services I've ever had at a salon, they made me feel welcome, explained the process and really listened to what I wanted but gave me expert advice to make sure I got the best out of my new style. The perm came out amazing! I got a loose curl and it's beautiful! As other Brazilian Wax reviewers have noted, Ning is fantastic at what she does - efficient and friendly. I've been shopping around ever since my previous therapist moved away, and have finally found a place where I'm 100% happy with the results as well as the service.

Furthermore, the salon was impressively clean and tidy - which isn't always the case for other Brazilian specialists I've visited in the past.

Excellent and professional service. The wax didn't hurt at all, I was very impressed, and Ning is lovely! I would highly recommend going here! 5 stars!

Ning is amazing!! I have been going to her for over two years now for my brazilians and eye brow threading and cannot imagine going to anyone else. She is super quick and the whole process is so painless. I had gone to a number of other places including Brazilian wax Xpress but they were all much more painful and took so much longer. Ning really is the best and she makes you feel so comfortable.

Before getting my hair chemically-straightened, I did some research on the process and what to expect from a good professional. Ning exceeded all my expectations, and I was very comfortable with the process as she explained each step she was taking. She is very knowledgable about all hair types and gave me very good after-haircare advice. Above all, she is so lovely and her team are all friendly.
After enquiring at several leading Auckland salons, this was by far the best price I found for a highly professional job.

Got my eyelashes perm about 7weeks ago and going back again this week! Did my eyelash perming before from a different shop but my eyes hurt really badly the whole time but getting it done here was GREAT! my eyes didnt hurt at all and it only took me 20mins!!
